You are responsible for the files you upload. You must not upload any content that is illegal, infringes on copyrights, or contains malware. Smart Media Tools is not liable for data loss or any damages resulting from tool usage.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Smart Media Tools. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the files you upload.

4. Tool Limitations

We provide our tools "as is" and do not guarantee 100% accuracy for all file types or processing results (e.g., AI Background Removal). Processing depends on the quality of the source file.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of terms.
